We provide a wide range of wellness services to meet your needs. The following techniques help to reduce stress, improve quality of sleep, and improve your focus. Wellness services are available in single-session, as an add-on to Nutrition services, or package bundles.
Focus your awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting your feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, using a variety of different relaxation techniques, such as visualization and breath work. In addition to relieving stress, anxiety, and depression, mindfulness exercises improve cognitive function and allow you to be more in control of your emotions. This helps you to recognize (and work through) your triggers and move through your day in a peaceful manner, leaving you with more energy to focus on self-care.
Use different breathing techniques to focus on relaxing your body and your mind in a variety of ways. Special breath work techniques are very grounding and peaceful, especially before meetings or exams. In addition to helping relieve stress and anxiety, breath work improves your circulation, lowers blood pressure, and strengthens lungs.
Relax the body and mind through the pure sound of the singing bowls. Immerse yourself in a full-body listening experience that uses sound to provide the powerful but gentle restorative processes of sound. The vibration of the bowls on the body, while focusing your attention on the tones, allows clients to immerse themselves into a state of deep relaxation.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by laying hands on or above a persons body and is based on the idea that life force energy flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. Reiki restores energy balance and vitality. When this energy is unbalanced we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and when this energy is balanced, we are more likely to feel happy and healthy.
Some benefits include pain relief, improving your quality of sleep, stimulating your immune system, helps to reduce stress, anxiety, or depression, can be learned by anyone, can be sent over distance and can be used together with any other therapeutic treatments.
Experience the soothing sounds of our healing monochord bed! Feel the vibrations of the strings through out your body as you relax and meditate. Monochord sessions include a coaching session where I describe what you can expect from the session as well as a section of time for reflection on your healing.
