We provide scheduling options to meet your needs and promise to provide every service with a smile, and to your highest level of satisfaction.

Private Sessions


$150 per hour session, which includes:

  • Comprehensive current nutrition evaluation exploring the foods currently used within the household (Pantry evaluation)
  • Restructured nutrition plans based on lifestyle needs
  • Creating menus
  • Reviewing shopping lists and meal plans
  • Weekly consultations to adjust the plan as needed (evaluation of energy levels, as well as quality of sleep and digestion)
  • Coaching to fit the needs of every individual - specializing in picky eaters!
  • Coaching for wellness
  • Sessions via live stream

Packages


12-week packages

When adjusting anything in your nutrition plan, it usually takes up to 90 days to see the full results. For all clients, a 12 week package is strongly recommended so your results can be closely monitored and your nutrition can be adjusted to maximize your success!

Package Sessions are private and include everything listed above in the Private Session description.

  • 6 sessions over 12 weeks (with a ten-minute followup call during weeks that sessions are not scheduled.) - $888
  • 12 sessions over 12 weeks (with a ten minute follow up call 2-3 days after every session) - $1212
  • 24 sessions over 12 weeks (with a ten-minute follow-up call between the two sessions each week or after both sessions each week) - $2222


6-week packages (*available to return clients only)

  • 6 sessions over 6 weeks - $800
  • 12 sessions over 6 weeks - $1111


Payment plans:

  • Pay in full - Regular cost as mentioned above
  • Pay 50% up-front, and 50% halfway through plus a 5% surcharge
  • Pay 33% up front, and 33% every 4 weeks, plus a 10% surcharge

  • Nutrition coaching for people who prepare meals for other people as well as themselves.
  • Gut Health
  • For Pro-Active Health, Dis-orders, Dis-ease, Stress Response, Cholesterol, and Inflammation.


*Class schedule TBA

*Semi-Private sessions available at the same group rate for a 3 or more participants (you and your close friends, family members, or co-workers, etc.)
