Pantry Evaluation

Introducing

Pantry Evaluations

In this part of your session, we will explore the foods and supplements that you keep in your pantry (or refrigerator/freezer) and discuss if you feel they are right for you. This includes an in-depth look at the nutrition labels on each product, a decoding of the chemical names that are often on the labels, and how those ingredients are made. For example, maltodextrin is often used in gluten-free products and is derived from corn (unless it is specified on the label). This information would be very helpful if you are avoiding corn products in your nutrition plan.
